Anti-inflammatory Effects:
The natural anti-inflammatory properties of tallow can help soothe irritated skin and conditions such as psoriasis and dermatitis.
Wound Healing:
Some anecdotal evidence suggests that tallow may aid in wound healing and scar prevention due to its nourishing properties.

Nutritional Profile of Wagyu vs other beef breeds
Higher Healthy Fats:
Wagyu beef is known for its exceptional marbling, which results in a higher content of monounsaturated fats compared to regular beef. These fats can help lower bad cholesterol levels, promoting heart health.
Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids: Wagyu beef contains elevated levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are essential for various bodily functions, including reducing inflammation and supporting heart health. Regular beef typically has lower amounts of these beneficial fats.
Vitamins and Minerals:
Wagyu beef is richer in essential nutrients such as vitamin B12, zinc, and iron. Vitamin B12 is crucial for nerve function and red blood cell production, while zinc supports immune function and iron aids in oxygen transport within the body.
Health Benefits
Heart Health:
The higher monounsaturated fat content in Wagyu beef can contribute to better heart health by improving cholesterol levels and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Anti-Inflammatory Properties:
The omega-3 fatty acids found in Wagyu beef may help reduce inflammation, which is linked to various chronic diseases.
Quality of Fat:
Wagyu beef is often raised under strict guidelines, leading to healthier fat composition. This means that the fat is less likely to carry impurities, making it a cleaner source of protein.
Considerations
While Wagyu beef has notable health benefits, it is also more calorie-dense due to its higher fat content. A 3-ounce serving of Wagyu can contain approximately 300 calories, compared to about 200 calories for the same serving of regular beef. Therefore, it is best enjoyed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
In summary, Wagyu beef provides a range of health benefits compared to regular beef, making it a nutritious choice when consumed responsibly. Its unique nutritional profile, characterized by higher levels of healthy fats and essential nutrients, supports overall well-being and heart healthWhy is Wagyu Tallow so expensive?
This is the most expensive breed of cattle to purchase and own. Wagyu is known for its health benefits, that surpass salmon and chicken. An example of the cost is these cattle range from $5,000 to easily $20,000 per animal. It takes 30 months to get them to harvest weight. We also DNA test every animal and register them with the American Wagyu Association. NOT all Wagyu is advertised honestly. Our Wagyu are 100% Fullblood Wagyu. Meaning, their genetics are from Japan and have not been altered. We have the testing to prove our cattle's lineage.
